About us
We first met over 16 years ago while working together at a technology start-up and have been friends ever since. Over the years we’ve shared careers, ideas, ambitions and even the experience of becoming mums within months of each other.
Like many parents, we found ourselves surrounded by wardrobes full of items that were no longer being worn. Children’s clothes that had been outgrown, pieces we’d fallen out of love with and fashion that deserved more than sitting at the back of a cupboard.
So we started selling online.
What began as a practical way to clear space quickly became something much bigger.
Amber has always had a passion for fashion. A self-confessed shopaholic with an eye for quality pieces, she’s been buying and selling on resale platforms since her teens. She loves discovering incredible items, finding value where others don’t, and believes fashion should be enjoyed rather than stored away. If you know Amber, you’ll know one thing for certain — you’ll rarely see her wearing the same outfit twice.
Daisy brings the technology behind Next Owner. Having spent her career building and scaling technology-led businesses, including as a co-founder, she’s obsessed with creating smarter systems and better experiences. Making things simpler, faster and more effective is what she does best.
Together, we realised the resale market was missing something.
